Bielle, la petite distillerie de Marie-Galante, a distillé ce rhum deux fois : d’abord en colonne créole puis en alambic de type charentais.

Bielle s’approvisionne toujours en canne à sucre à l’aide de charrues tirées par des bœufs. Ses processus de fabrication sont à cette image, extrêmement artisanaux et authentiques, selon des méthodes transmises de génération en génération.

Bielle Premium Ambré a vieilli d’abord en fûts de chêne pendant un an, puis quelques mois supplémentaires en petit foudre de chêne.
