Ce rhum a été distillé dans l’alambic en bois Port Mourant en 1990. Cet alambic est l’un des plus vieux au monde (250 ans). La distillerie Port Mourant a depuis été fermée mais l’alambic a été transféré au sein de la distillerie Diamond.

Le rhum a ensuite été embouteillé en 2015, à Bristol en Angleterre, après 15 ans de vieillissement en fût de bourbon puis 10 ans en fût ayant contenu du xérès Oloroso.
