Copalli Organic Barrel Rested Rum est un rhum du Belize. Il provient de la Copall Tree Distillery, implantée en pleine forêt primaire. On y cultive une canne à sucre Bio, dans le plus total respect de l’environnement.

Ce rhum de pur jus de canne est issu d’une distillation en alambic charentais. Il bénéficie d’un repos de 6 à 8 mois en anciens fûts de bourbon.

Des arômes audacieux de cuir frais, de fruits secs et de vanille mènent à une bouche de caramel, de chêne, de fruits tropicaux et d'épices douces.
