À travers la série “Distillery Collection”, Diplomatico a pour ambition de faire découvrir ses différentes méthodes de distillation.

Ce 3ème rhum de la série est distillé uniquement en pot still (pour rappel le n°2 était distillé en colonne Barbet, et le n°1 en batch kettle).

Le rhum est ensuite vieilli dans les chais de la distillerie pendant 8 ans, en petits fûts de chêne blanc américain.
