Plantation Rum 2008 Trinidad est un rhum traditionnel fermenté pendant 4 jours et distillé en 2008 en alambic à colonnes.
Il a vieilli 10 ans sous les tropiques en fûts de bourbon avant d’être importé en France, dans les chais de la maison Ferrand. Il a alors bénéficié d’une années supplémentaires en fûts ex-cognac avant d’être embouteillé en 2019.
