Sampan Cellar Series est un rhum de pur jus de canne à sucre distillé au Vietnam en septembre 2018. C’est le premier rhum vieux que la distillerie embouteille.
Le maître de chai a choisi des fûts ayant préalablement contenus du cognac. Après 3 années de vieillissement sous un climat tropical, les fûts ont été dépotés en mars 2022 et réduits à 47,1°.
Ce premier single batch annonce une belle collection de rhums vieux en provenance de Hoi An !
