Le rhum Cellar Series 2019 est le 2ème opus des rhums vieillis en ex-fûts de cognac de la distillerie d’Indochine Sampan.

Distillé en août 2019 à partir de pur jus de canne, il a bénéficié d’un élevage de 36 mois.
La mise en bouteilles de ce rhum en août 2023 s’est faite après une légère réduction.

Ce premier single batch a permis d’obtenir 1200 bouteilles numérotées.
